A place for students to eat and hang out in Ngaliyan, Semarang, with food cooked to order, from ayam geprek rice and soto to seblak and snacks. I built its brand, menu, procedures and team, as well as the cashier and operations apps it runs on.

I handled the contracts for 15 Waskita Karya projects, from the Presidential Secretariat and Coordinating Ministry 3 buildings in IKN, the UIII campus, GIK UGM and the TMII revitalisation to Medan Station, RSCM and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Solo. I drafted tender documents and objections, joint operation (KSO) agreements, addenda, and vendor and subcontractor contracts, including when disputes arose.
